Three Tips for Stylish Kids

  1. Avoid too many loud prints. Just because they're small doesn't mean you should dress them like clowns.
  2. Don't hesitate to dress them all in black. It's totally dirt-proof and if you want to brighten things up, add colorful shoes, a scarf, and a bright coat. People over the age of 10 can copy that ideas too!
  3. Head off a full-scale fashion rebellion by always letting them choose a least one item in the outfit. Too bad if your son insists on a fluorescent orange shirt with his favorite super hero or your daughter wants to go out in a pink tutu (or vice versa!).  We've all committed our share of youthful follies.
